The CRWG supports a productive ANSP-Customer Relationship and encourages a global exchange of information on major customer relations issues with regard to customer consultation, service levels and charges.

The purpose of the CRWG is to guide and support the effective management of relations between ANSPs and their customers by providing a platform for members to exchange views and develop understanding of Best Practices. In particular, the CRWG was asked to consider the alternative frameworks for customer relationship management and to develop guidance material (or toolboxes) to support ANSPs in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

A global ANSP Customer Relations Seminar will be held in September 2008. This will be a significant two-day event including IATA, airlines, ANSPs and CRM experts from other industries.
