Legal and Policy - Standing Committee
Much of the work of the Legal & Policy Standing Committee (LPC) is related to the up-dating of the CANSO Charter and Articles. The LPC has been entrusted with the task of drafting proposals for amendments to CANSO's statutory instruments, where the Executive Committee has identified the need for clarification, modifications or developments.
General policy documents and Charter changes are prepared for presentation to ExCom and the AGM.
