Business Transformation

Business Transformation (BT) is a journey: the process by which ANSPs will move toward CANSO’s Global Vision on the Future of Air Navigation Services. Business Transformation was chosen by the CANSO membership as the third key element in the Imagine 2010 process, as a way of bringing together a number of key elements which would help to reform and transform the ATM system over the coming decades, as we move towards CANSO’s ultimate vision of a seamless airspace. The Business Transformation work programme is designed to identify and create tools and guidance materials in all areas of ATM governance and management, to help ANSPs become more customer-focused, better performing organisations, to the benefit of the entire aviation industry.
