The Customer Relations Workgroup supports a productive ANSP-Customer Relationship and encourages a global exchange of information on major customer relations issues including customer consultation, service levels and charges.
Guiding and supporting the effective management of relations between ANSPs and their customers, the Customer Relations Workgroup provides a platform for members to exchange views and develop their understanding of Best Practices. In particular, the CRWG is formulating alternative frameworks for customer relationship management and developing guidance material to support ANSPs in building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
