CANSO's Products & Services

The Products & Services department organises the Association's high profile conferences and exhibitions, and develops new products and services that offer real value to Members and the wider aviation community. The department also runs CANSO's marketing activities, and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relations with both current and prospective Members.

Marc Peter Pijper, Director Products & Services

Marc-Peter, from the Netherlands, joined CANSO in 2003 after his Masters in Business Studies at Oxford, UK. Throughout his education, he worked and studied in several countries around the world.

    I think all languages are beautiful, it is just a pity that I only speak and understand 3 of the estimated total of 6,809 languages worldwide (source: WikiAnswers). In my search for a Spanish language course a couple of weeks ago, I found the picture that is posted in this blog.

  • 29 Oct 2009Cutting ties at ICAO?
    This is literally what happened at last week’s Global ATM Forum on Civil/Military Cooperation. In view of the informal, ‘hands on’ character of the event’s third day, Nancy Graham, Director of ICAO’s Air Navigation Bureau, threatened to cut off every tie she would see on people wearing formal suits. Military personnel were exempted, of course.
