The Quality Management Workgroup addresses a range of QM issues, including the need for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) which integrate all management disciplines (e.g. safety, security, quality, environment) in one system. The Workgroup continues this work in depth and is tasked with developing Best Practice Guidance material for ANSPs.
