CANSO organises each year a wide range of business events around the world, such as conferences, exhibitions, workshops, summits, networking dinners and more. We do this in collaboration with local partners, so each event has its own local and cultural flavour.

We are now looking for a motivated self-starter to join the team and to support the creation and production of our events in the position of Events Coordinator (1 FTE).

The responsibilities include:
• taking ownership of several business events a year by delivering the logistics on point, on time and within budget
• communicating with our Members, suppliers and other stakeholders
• working on promotional activities in collaboration with other departments
• contributing to the creation and development of event strategies
• administrative tasks such as event registration and updating the website

The position requires:
• app. 2 years of experience with organising events/meetings
• excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills in English
• availability to travel internationally multiple times a year
• proficiency with Microsoft Office
• allowed to work in the Netherlands

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is down-to-earth with great organisational and inter-personal skills, who can work independently, handles multiple tasks at once and pressure well and who wants to develop and learn within in a team. Previous experience with working in an international environment would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
