The Padina Group

Organisation overview

The Padina Group/TPG, headquartered in Lancaster Pennsylvania, USA, was formed in 2006 to meet the rapidly increasing needs of global aerospace transformation. With the introduction of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Commercial Space and emerging forms of aviation that require access to international airspace currently used for civil use, The Padina Group is uniquely positioned in providing senior executive consulting services to international government agencies, industry and academia to assist clients in entering the marketplace and sustaining existing position in a dynamic transportation marketplace. The Padina Group includes a team of highly qualified, value-added partners who share a common vision of global aviation transformation to meet customer needs for both strategic and tactical planning.

The Padina Group principals include John Walker and Frank Paskiewicz who combined have over eighty years of United States Government experience. Mr. Walker and Mr. Paskiewicz held Senior Executive Service positions within the Federal Aviation Administration in the Air Traffic Operations and Aircraft Certification directorates respectively.

Access to global airspace by both current and emerging airspace users requires visionary thinking and planning to succeed in today’s global aviation marketplace that is undergoing revolutionary change. The Padina Group believes that our global airspace is a finite valuable resource. Airspace congestion caused by “chokepoints” and its ripple effects has tremendous costs for both air commerce and the traveling public. The Padina Group is situated to provide executive consulting services in developing solutions for today’s capacity and congestion challenges; while cultivating visionary planning for tomorrow’s challenges.
