Regional Focus: Joint CANSO / ICAO AFI Region Workshop on Aviation System Block Upgrades (ASBU) – Part 3
A three-part virtual CANSO/ICAO Joint Workshop series on implementing ICAO’s Aviation System Block Upgrades (ASBU).
The initiative followed last year’s ASBU implementation workshop in Entebbe, Uganda, supported by the Civil Aviation Authority of Uganda. This workshop provided ANSPs with a detailed understanding of the ASBU framework components, assisted States in completing the Air Navigation Reporting Forms (ANRF), and helped CAAs and ANSPs to determine the way forward for implementing and prioritising ASBUs in National Plans.
