Safely Navigating the Industry Restart Series – Human Factors for ATCOs and Dispatchers

The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the aviation industry and its stakeholders. In order to help facilitate the industry restart in these challenging times, the Civil Air Navigation Services Organization (CANSO), International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers’ Association (IFATCA), International Federation of Air Line Pilots’ Associations (IFALPA) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) are excited to announce the launch of a webinar series that will focus on the safe return to normal operations.

The objective of this webinar series is to enrich the identification and assessment of safety hazards and support the development of industry best practices guidance material via engagement with the aviation community.
